Little Concerts for a Single Listener
Little Concerts for a Single Listener

Last June while homeboy and WUBA master Grant was in Europe for the ZZK Northern Hemisphere Tour a familiar face on the Berlin metro was the last thing he expected to see. So when he glanced up at the on-board subway TV he was surprised to see Ulises Conti, who was in town with Lola Arias performing their show “Love is a Sniper”, and that they were being hit with heavy promo.

Two years after the release of Conti and Arias’ album, which was written, directed and interpreted live on the stage by Arias, Conti has released an intimate solo album titled “Posters Privados”, an 8 piece album written, produced and performed by Conti himself.

To listen to the album gives the sensation of ease-dropping on the private ritual of an artist; just a master and his piano deep in the creative process. And from there came forth the idea of putting on a series of private concerts for one lucky listener – the opportunity to have a unique glance at the private world of an artist true to the ideas and character of the album itself.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of September, Conti will hold three hour-long concerts every evening, for more information or to reserve a space send an email to postersprivados@metamusica.tv.
