The first film from director Laura Casabé, El hada buena: una fábula peronista, is a futurist film that takes place in a bizarre Argentina. Family matriarch Esther and her brother Horacio are on a quest to create a new and grotesque family, trading normal children for ones with strange mutilation (siamese twins for a cousin, for example).
